Shipping Policy – Ayla Cove Swimwear

Order Processing & Shipping Times

We strive to ship all in-stock orders placed before 10:00 AM (EST) on the same business day. However, this is not guaranteed. Orders received after 10:00 AM will typically ship out the following business day. Please be aware that during peak holiday seasons, processing times may experience delays. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends unless special arrangements have been made in advance.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Any estimated transit times provided by Ayla Cove Swimwear or third-party carriers are purely for reference. To avoid potential delays due to product availability or carrier issues, we recommend placing your order ahead of time.

In partnership with reliable logistics providers, we ship globally in real time. For out-of-stock items, please allow 12–25 business days for fulfillment and shipping.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Customers in the U.S. can take advantage of our Free Standard Shipping, which uses USPS First-Class Mail and typically arrives within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, we’ll notify you via email with a tracking number, which can be monitored at www.usps.com.

Need it sooner? At your request and expense, we can upgrade shipping to faster options such as FedEx, DHL, or USPS Express. These expedited services usually take 1–3 business days (excluding weekends). If weekend delivery is needed, please inquire about availability prior to ordering.

If you’d like your order fully insured, let us know before shipping so we can add the cost of additional insurance to your order. Without added insurance, Ayla Cove Swimwear is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or undelivered.

International Shipping

For customers outside the U.S., standard shipping is handled via USPS Air Mail and typically arrives within 12–25 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. As always, tracking can be viewed at www.usps.com.

For faster delivery, we offer international express services via FedEx, DHL, or USPS at an added cost. Transit times for express shipments vary by destination and usually range from 1–10 business days. Note: weekend delivery is not available with express options.

To insure your shipment, please contact us prior to shipping to request and pay for additional insurance. Without insurance, Ayla Cove Swimwear is not liable for lost, stolen, or undelivered international packages.

Please note: All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any item purchased is legally importable into your country. As the recipient, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all customs laws and regulations in your country.

Import duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are determined by your country’s customs office once the package arrives. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient. We do not control these fees and cannot estimate them for you. For further information, please contact your local customs authority. Customs processing may delay your shipment beyond the expected delivery timeframe.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied automatically to orders shipped within states where Ayla Cove Swimwear is required to collect tax. For shipments to other states or countries, you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties required by your local laws.

Pricing & Typographical Errors

In the event a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or incorrect pricing received from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order. This applies even if your order has been confirmed and your credit card has already been charged.

If your card has been charged for a cancelled order, a full refund of the overcharged amount will be issued promptly to your original payment method.
